<업무 내용>
메디케어 판매 에이전트는 잠정 회원을 만나고 전화 통화를 함으로써 Clever Care의 메디케어 판매를 창출할 책임이 있습니다. 컨설턴트는 공개 행사(교육/마케팅/판매/건강 박람회)를 예약, 조직적 정리, 실시 및 마감합니다. 컨설턴트는 잠재 회원에게 Clever Care 제품에 대해 교육하고 전화/대면 또는 기타 판매 등록 채널을 통해 선택한 제품에 등록합니다.

Functions & Job Responsibilities
·
Sell Clever Care’s Medicare products.
·
Takes inbound and makes outbound calls to
prospective members.
·
Conduct presentation using approve guidelines
·
Conduct needs analysis and cost benefit
analysis.
·
Complete enrollment into desired products.
·
Set up in-person meetings and takes RSVP`s to
events for prospective members who do not want to enroll over the telephone.
·
Meet/exceed individual sales goals.
·
Perform other duties/tasks as assigned by
supervisor
Required Qualifications:
·
Bilingual is English and Korean
·
Strong customer service skills.
·
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
·
Strong understanding of CMS telephone marketing
regulations.
·
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid and other
government health programs/ income assistance programs
·
Experience working with senior citizens and
low-income individuals.
·
Experience working in Tele-sales (call center)
environment.
Active
California Life and Health Insurance License
