Role/Position to Fill:

  E-commerce C/S Associate 

Role/Position Requirements and/or Preferences:

  고객 주문 답변 및 처리 가능

  뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 능력

  국내 출장 (주말 포함) 가능

  MS Office 프로그램 (Word, Excel 등) 숙련

  1년이상 관련 경력 우대

  뛰어난 영어/ 스페인어 구사 우대

  미국에서 합법적으로 일할 수 있는 신분

  Answer incoming inquiries and processing orders 

  Excellent communication skills

  Must be able to attend domestic trade shows (travel on the weekends)  

  Proficiency in MS Office such as Word and Excel

  1+ Year of relevant experience - preferred  

 Bilingual (Spanish or Korean/ Fluent in English) – preferred

Scheduled and Expected Work Hours:
  This is a full-time position – standard 40 hours per week (8-hour per day basis)
  Applicant must report on-site in person - 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Mon-Fri)

  This is NOT a remote position
  Potential for overtime hours (subject to workloads)

Compensation Package + Employee Benefits:

  Starting $20 (determined after the interview)
