이번 채용은 미국 지사 운영 체계를 본격적으로 구축하는 과정의 일환으로, 단순한 매장 직원이 아닌 현장 운영을 총괄하고 매장을 대표하는 Store Captain을 찾고 있습니다.

We are now expanding our footprint to the United States, starting with our first flagship store in Manhattan, New York. As we establish our U.S. operational framework, we are seeking a Store Captain—not just a staff member, but a visionary leader to oversee all on-site operations and serve as the face of our brand in New York.
주요업무
- 뉴욕 1호점의 일상 운영 총괄 (오픈/마감 및 FOH/BOH 협업 관리)
- 엑셀을 활용한 매출 분석, 인건비 및 식자재 원가(COGS) 관리
- 현장 인력 채용, 온보딩, 트레이닝 및 성과 관리
- 효율적인 직원 스케줄링 및 서비스 중심의 팀 문화 조성
- 매장 운영 중 발생하는 이슈에 대한 1차 의사결정 및 즉각적인 대응
- 본사/오너십과의 정기적인 커뮤니케이션 및 운영 리포트 공유 (매출, 재고, 이슈 중심)
- Oversee daily operations of the NY flagship store, including opening/closing and seamless FOH/BOH collaboration.
- Manage and analyze sales data, labor costs, and COGS utilizing advanced MS Excel skills.
- Lead on-site recruitment, onboarding, staff training, and performance evaluations.
- Direct staff scheduling and foster a service-oriented team culture to ensure operational excellence.
- Act as the primary decision-maker for on-site issues, providing immediate and effective solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with ownership/HQ and provide detailed operational reports (Sales, Inventory, and Incidents).
자격요건
- 한국어 및 영어 능통자 (Bilingual)
- 미국 내 합법적 근무 가능자 (영주권자 또는 시민권자)
- 엑셀 활용 능력 우수자 (데이터 관리 및 리포트 작성 필수)
- 리테일 또는 F&B 매장 운영 관련 경력 3년 이상
- 매장 매니저, 점장, 슈퍼바이저 등 운영 책임 경험 보유자
- 팀 리딩 및 스케줄 관리 경험
- 주도적인 문제 해결 능력으로 현장 이슈에 대한 1차 대응 및 보고가 가능하신 분
- 뉴욕 맨해튼 지역 출퇴근 가능자 (교통비 지원 없음)
- 수습 기간 관련 사전 동의: 수습 기간 1주일(급여의 90% 지급) 근무 및 종료 후 정규 급여 전환 조건에 동의하시는 분
- Bilingual proficiency in both Korean and English (Required).
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
- Advanced MS Excel skills for data management and reporting (Mandatory).
- 3+ years of experience in Retail or F&B operations.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Supervisor, or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong experience in team leadership and staff scheduling.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative and report effectively.
- Ability to commute to Manhattan, NY (No travel reimbursement provided).
- Agreement on Probationary Period: Must agree to a 1-week probationary period (paid at 90% of salary) before transitioning to full regular pay.
