[LA Branch] Office & Warehouse Logistics / Inventory
Management Specialist
We are a distribution company specializing in the import and
sale of cosmetics, household goods, stationery, and fancy goods. We are looking
for motivated individuals to join our team at our Whittier, CA location.
1. Open Positions
- Warehouse
& Logistics: (Openings: 0)
- Office
& Sales Support: (Openings: 0)
2. Warehouse & Logistics – Key Responsibilities
- Shipping
& Receiving: Manage container loading and unloading.
- Inventory
Management: Perform Quality Control (Q/C) and manage stock levels.
- Order
Fulfillment: Picking products and packing using the POS system.
- Data
Entry: Generate invoices and update product status/quantity in the POS
system.
- Freight
Coordination: Manage logistics yields (booking and dispatching LTL,
LCL, FCL trucking).
- Shipping
Labels: Create labels via UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.
- Operations:
Provide customer support when needed and maintain a safe/clean warehouse
environment.
- Must be able to lift/carry 40–50 lbs and stand for
extended periods.
3. Office & Sales Support – Key Responsibilities
- B2B
Website Management: Register products, create advertisements, manage
orders, and handle customer inquiries.
- Client
Relations: Process customer requests via email/phone and manage
Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Vendor
Management: Handle customs clearance documentation and procedures.
- POS
Administration: Register products and organize Invoices and Packing
Lists.
- Collaboration:
Coordinate with the warehouse team for real-time inventory updates.
- Sales
Support: Assist the sales team and manage general
filing/documentation.
- Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and POS systems. Preference for
candidates with an understanding of logistics or relevant industry
experience.
4. Qualifications
- Must
be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Tax reporting is mandatory).
- Basic
English communication skills are required.
- Preferred:
Basic Korean reading skills (to identify Korean product names/labels).
- Proficiency
in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
5. Working Conditions & Location
- Location:
Whittier, CA (Near 605 & 60 Fwy).
- Hours:
Mon–Fri, 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM.
- Compensation:
From $22.00/hr (Negotiable based on experience).
