▶ Tax &
Accounting Senior Job descriptions:
ü Review of staffs works
ü Ongoing staff training
ü Provide direct consultation to clients
ü Engage in client training and education
ü Work directly with partners as needed
ü Periodically engage in due diligence and
agreed upon procedure projects
ü Travel: less than 10%
▶ Tax & Accounting Senior Qualifications:
ü CPA preferred
ü Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics,
Finance preferred
ü Minimum 3~4 years of public accounting
experience preferred
ü Must be highly proficient with Lacerte &
QuickBooks
ü Solid GAAP & Tax knowledge
ü Exposure to ERP system is preferred (SAP,
GP, NetSuite, etc.)
ü Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines for
multiple projects
ü Must be able to work under minimum
supervision
ü Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
(word and excel)
ü Attention to detail and accuracy
ü Solid interpersonal/communication skills
ü Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
ü Must be able to work overtime during the
busy season and as needed
ü Bi-lingual preferred (English and Korean)
