Social Media & Creator Partnerships Coordinator

What you’ll do
- Launch & grow new
social accounts
(IG/TikTok/YouTube): content calendar, short-form creation, posting,
analytics.
- Creator/influencer
outreach & management: find, brief, negotiate, schedule, track performance.
- Vendor relations: communicate with many
fashion vendors, request samples, coordinate shipments, strengthen
partnerships.
- AI-assisted workflows: use AI to ideate
scripts/hooks, draft copy/captions, repurpose clips, generate creative
variations, summarize insights, and A/B test.
- Cross-functional ops: work closely with and
report to the Operations/Account Manager; support launches and
promos.
- Multi-task & learn company-wide tasks;
support events/tradeshows as needed.
- On-site only (no remote).

- Strong interest/experience
in the fashion industry.
- Can create and scale
new SNS accounts from zero.
- Comfortable
communicating with many influencers and vendors;
relationship-driven.
- AI-proficient and curious—able to
turn AI tools into daily leverage.

kind, helpful, creative, positive problem-solver.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years apparel/fashion SNS
managing experience.
- Strong marketing
knowledge and strategic thinking.
- Excellent negotiation
and communication skills.
- Experience with influencers,
celebrities, PR firms, and brands is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal,
written, and oral communication.
- Excellent verbal,
written, and telephone skills; tactful, mature, flexible with diverse
personalities.
- Able to multi-task
and pivot quickly as priorities change.
- AI tools you know
(bonus):
ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini, Notion AI, Midjourney/Firefly, CapCut
auto-captions, basic analytics dashboards.
