We are a plastic surgery clinic and medspa in search of a consultant with excellent people and sales skills.
A professional appearance, expert communication skills and outstanding customer service experience are all essential qualifications
for this high profile position. Pay is commensurate upon experience and skill.
Responsibilities will include:
• Create positive and lasting relationships with our patients
• Set appointments with patients and follow up with them afterwards
• Help improve brand awareness in cooperation with the marketing department
• Create sales protocols and procedures designed to increase conversion rates and improve incoming sales interactions
• Direct patients to their patient rooms
• Consulting with the doctor and going over treatment plans with patients
Required:
• At least 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent oral communication skills
Preferred:
• Korean/English speaking
• Knowledge of cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures and treatments
• Warm, enthusiastic and friendly attitude
